Spurs ready to make £4 million bid for England midfielder

Tottenham are ready to offer Fulham £4 million to take Jimmy Bullard to White Hart Lane when the transfer window opens next month. The England international looks set to leave Craven Cottage after it was claimed on Friday that the London club have informed Bullard that he will be allowed to depart the club in January, which has attracted the attentions of several Premier League sides.

Harry Redknapp has been linked with dozens of midfield players since arriving at the club almost two months ago, however Bullard now looks the most likely option. The former Wigan man has established himself as one of the best midfielder in the country and has even attracted the attentions of England boss Fabio Capello.

At £4 million, I think Spurs would be doing a great bit of business to land Bullard at that price. Jimmy is definitely one of football's nice guys and I feel he would prove a real asset for Spurs. I would be very surprised if Spurs don't face any competition in their attempt to sign the 29-year old when January comes around.

Wouldn't you just love to have a player like Bullard in your team? He is obviously a class act and he would definitely be a great signing for your team at £4 million. So follow the link below to enter your team to be in with a chance of winning some terrific weekly and monthly prizes.
