Liverpool lucky to get replay against Hatters
Luton Town today put up an incredible performance against Premier League side Liverpool and got what they deserved.
The game finished 1-1 with Peter Crouch puting the Reds in front mid-way through the second half and Luton equalised soon after when John Arne Riise directed the ball into his own goal.
Liverpool, to be fair, were very poor. Their passing was sloppy and they rarely tested the Luton keeper.
Overall, Luton probably deserved to win it but they won't be too unhappy about the result because the replay will earn the cash strapped club a few bob.

A total disgrace, sack benitez NOW and get Mourinho, Eriksson or Klinsmann in, by the way this would have already been done a month or so ago if it wasnt for the idiotic fans having a "Procession" through the streets, making a manager who is not up to the job unsackable for the near future! - thanks for that, idiots.

Great performance but if this is what constitutes a cup shock these days then we have seen the last of the cup magic.
