Real Madrid keeper Iker Casillas has today quashed any rumours of him leaving the Spanish giants and joining either Arsenal or Tottenham.
There had been several rumours in recent days that the player may be set for a £25 million move to North London, but the Spaniard has insisted he's staying with Madrid.
"Nobody has said anything to me about a supposed offer from an English team, but in any case I am very clear on what I want - and that is to be at Real Madrid," Madrid-born Casillas said on Telemadrid."It has never entered my thoughts to be at anywhere else but Real Madrid.

i know hes pretty good but is he really £25m good? real tend to leak goals but usually score more. i think it would be a bit of a waste of cash for either spurs or arse

sorry guys but i cant see the point in this one! Casillas is an excellent keeper but 1, we cant afford £25m because we need CM and LW/AML! i dont like it when we announce interest in players of this calibre either because usually they will laugh at us and make us look stupid like every1 seems 2!

exactly... me too can'e believe that sum1 has said that we need reinforcements in the central midfield position.. we have cesc, arguably the best player in EPL so far n arguably 1 of the best in the world... n his other central midfield pairing, mathieu, hu has kept out gilberto hu every 1 noes has won the holy grail in football; the world cup.... but i agree we need a world class left winger... n a keeper perhaps... almunia is good.. but his standard is average... arsenal is 1 of the biggest club in the world hu needs world class player in every position not just average players...
