Spurs look to swap trio in exchange for £17 million midfielder !
Tottenham are looking to swap Anthony Gardener, Paul Robinson and Darren Bent in exchange for Blackburn winger David Bentley according to reports in The Guardian today.
The England international had a great season for Blackburn last season and so he has been the subject of much transfer speculation with Liverpool, Spurs and Aston Villa all looking to snatch up the 23 year old.
However new Rovers manager Paul Ince has slapped a £17 million price tag on the former Gunners star. Spurs boss Juande Ramos is reportedly looking to lure Ince into accepting a player exchange deal with Anthony Gardener, Darren Bent and Paul Robinson all heading towards Ewood Park.
