Chelsea prepare move for Barca midfielder
Chelsea are preparing a summer move for Barcelona midfielder Deco, who has been told he can leave the club. (News of the World)
Deco has been with Barca for over three years now since joining from Portuguese side Porto. Before the move he was heavily linked with Chelsea.
The 30-year old has been told by Barca boss Frank Rijkaard that he can leave the club. Chelsea boss Avram Grant is said to be keen on bringing the Portuguese international to Stamford Bridge.
I don't really think Chelsea need a player like Deco. I mean he is good but I personally feel Chelsea have better players in that position already in Frank Lampard and Michael Ballack.
