Liverpool look to beat Arsenal to £10 million midfielder !

Liverpool and Arsenal are supposedly locked in a battle to sign Marseille midfielder Samir Nasri according to reports in the Telegraph.

Nasri is highly regarded in his home nation of France and has already made 7 appearances for the World Cup Runners up at the tender age of 20. The attacking midfielder has also impressed on the European stage putting in some good performances in the Champions League.

Both Benitez and Wenger are thought to be interested in the youngster and it has been suggested that Marseille are asking for around £10 million for their number 22.

After seeing him play on a few occasions, I would certainly like to see him come and play in the Premier League and I think that he is a definitely a hot prospect for the future... Well worth his £10 million price tag.

i think he took it in the wrong context, thinking it meant that they look like beating, rather than they hope too. Anyway, your still a tool for abusing like that.

10m for Nasri is not realistic. If he makes the switch, expect 25m or more go the other way ...
