Spurs agree fee for City star !
Tottenham are set to sign Cardiff City defender Chris Gunter after the two clubs agreed a fee today, according to reports on Sky Sports this evening.
Gunter, 18, has impressed viewers, especially those watching the youngster play on an international level, putting in two very effective shifts against Ireland and Germany and helping his home country of Wales to two draws in those matches. It is clear from watching him that he is a prospect for the future.
It is thought that Spurs and Cardiff have agreed on a fee of around £3.5 million for the Welshman. He will complete the move at the start of the January transfer window assuming contract talks etc. go smoothly.
