European high fliers set to raid Lyon !?!?!?
Arsenal are set to make an approach for Lyon pair, Karim Benzema and Hatem Ben Arfa in the upcoming January transfer window according to The Sun newspaper, however it has been rumoured that they will inquire about playmaker Juninho as well as the strike force. It is thought though that they will be accompanied by Real Madrid, Liverpool and Inter Milan in the chase for the trio.
Benzema and Ben Arfa have partnered along side one another and have impressed onlookers, scoring 24 goals between them for the French club as well as both appearing and scoring for their national side, France on several occasions. As for Juninho it is clear from his consistent performances in Europe with the odd wonder goal, where the above clubs see the talent in the Brazilian.
It is thought that the European high fliers will have to pay up to £40 million for the strike pair and an additional £10 million for centre midfielder, Juninho.
