Utd and Madrid chase new Serbian sensation
It has been reported in The Sun, that European high fliers Real Madrid and Man Utd are going to battle it out to secure the signature of Partizan Belgrade's whizz kid Stevan Jovetic, once the Summer transfer window reopens.
Montenegrin FA president Dejan Savicevic has encouraged Manchester United to sign the 17 year-old striker after netting six times already for his club this year. Savicevic said, "Stevan could play in any of the biggest clubs in Europe" to The Sun newspaper.
It has been suggested that the destination club of Jovetic will have to pay Serbian Superliga club £7 million for his services. However Partizan president, Tomislav Karadzic says they will hold onto the player until the end of the season, "But Partizan won't rush. Our fans and coach Miroslav Djukic can rest at ease until next June".

But he's not Serbian, is he? He's Montenegran. His club is Serbian. A Scotsman is not an Englishman and a Scouse is no bleedin' Manc. Seriously, the lad's got a lovely head of hair on him, which should make up for the balding barnets of Wazza and Tevez. If we can't unload Saha for decent dosh, I reckon we might as well hold on to him and we 'll have four very decent alternatives for Lord Ferg and Q to mull upon.
